2. SellMyCar.us as a Marketing Tool: Private Sellers and Dealers may use SellMyCar.us to advertise and market vehicles in their possession. We do not accept incoming feeds from third-party marketing companies that are seeking increased exposure for their clients via our XML and CSV feeds.

3. SellMyCar.us Non-Liability Statement: SellMyCar.us neither buys or sells cars directly, warranties any vehicles listed, or vouches for the veracity or integrity of any individual or dealer that may list their vehicles. Just the same, we expect all vendors or individuals using the service that they are utilizing our service in "good faith" and not maliciously misrepresenting their vehicles. The ownership and management will consider de-listing a vendor if a consumer(s) could adequately prove the vendor is not acting in "good faith" pursuant with state laws regarding motor vehicle sales. We encourage full disclosure of information of any vehicle list (ie. Our request for the publishing of VIN numbers for CarFax reports or Autocheck reports) to help limit a consumers liability - however, the principle of Caveat Emptor still applies to any purchase. Corporately, SellMyCar.us has full indemnity from any damages or loss that may result from any transaction between a buyer and seller that met as a result of our service.

4. SellMyCar.us Privacy Policy: By submitting ads, content, photos to SellMyCar.us, you hereby grant to SellMyCar.us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right and license to copy, display, and distribute the data that was submitted. SellMyCar.us will not modify the data, other than what is necessary to conform to the parameters of distributing that data through our data networks. SellMyCar.us reserves the right to share any information submitted to it's partners and affiliates as it will, up to and including local dealers who may be interested in pursuing a business transaction with a local seller/buyer.

SellMyCar.us reserves the right to monitor all posting and initial electronic correspondence between sellers and potential buyers, in order to minimize prohibited actions, such as the posting of non-automotive related material (ie. Porn, pharmaceutical advertisements, male-enhancement formulas and the like) as well as block bogus check-kiting schemes that promise to overpay for a vehicle, and have a car shipped overseas. Any such postings or correspondence will result in the individual being blocked from the server.
